FREE Online 8-weeks Mindfulness for Stress Course

Our brains were designed to survive - not to be happy. A great deal of stress is caused by the fact that our brains are trying to use stone-age techniques in the modern world.
However, happiness and calm are skills that can be learned, just like driving or dancing, and can stay with you for a lifetime.

At the end of this 8-week course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and know how to apply them in your life in a way that really makes a difference.

Course requirement: Your commitment and participation at least 7 of 8 weekly live sessions

Voluntary donation: To cover the course costs, please feel free to donate £20 (for the entire 8-weeks)
Note: This is a practice course, provided as part of a certification to provide Online Mindfulness courses, which is so relevant in this new social-distancing world
