Transformational journey into conquering Stress through

the practical application of Mindfulness in your life

Join us in this powerful course to learn key mindfulness skills to cope with stress, fear and anxiety, within a supportive and friendly group setting, from the comfort of your home. You will also learn how to boost your happiness and well-being, and find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life.

Our brains were designed to survive - not to be happy. A great deal of stress is caused by the fact that our brains are trying to use stone-age techniques in the modern world.

However, the good news is happiness and calm are skills. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. And just like driving or dancing, how to be happy and calm can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime. 

At the end of this 8-week course you will have a strong foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and know how to apply them at work and in all aspects your life in a way that really makes a difference.

About the course

  • An 8-week Course delivered in eight, weekly online sessions in 2-hour live zoom sessions

  • Sessions take place at same time and same day each week

  • All course content is on Breathzone virtual learning platform so you can also access learning resources and practice guidance 24/7 and from any device

  • Group discussion forums where you can share reflections and questions with your teacher between the live sessions (or if you’re unable to make any of the live sessions)

  • 3 months unlimited access to the course materials after your course has ended - you can revisit the course content and practices as often as you want!

How do I take part?

  • Join a weekly live online learning session

       (recommended but not compulsory)

  • Watch, listen to and read learning materials for each week at a time that suits you

  • Practise with the meditations - 10 minutes twice a day, for six out of seven days, over the eight weeks of the course

  • You can talk to your classmates and teacher online about how you’re finding the course and how the meditations, mindfulness, and compassion practices are affecting your health and general well-being

  • The first week includes some time for orientation – we’ll provide guidance for you on how to use our simple e-learning platform. You will need access to the internet via a computer, smartphone or tablet.
