Discover the Power of BREATH for Wellbeing and Resilience

We bring a very special Breath event to Bhuti in Richmond, Southwest London. Bhuti is an eco wellbeing centre, members club, and vegan café.

This special event is specifically designed for a small group of participants. Please book your space now. 

BREATH has scientifically proven benefits to our physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.

In this experiential event, you will have the chance to experience number of practical breath exercises, which are specifically chosen to help you. In this Breath event, we will explore together the power of our own breath, as a force to ground and calm us, and to bring us back to the present moment so that we are better able to cope with whatever stresses the day brings. Join us to reclaim the power of your breath.
