Breathing seems so ordinary that many of us are not aware of how we breathe and have even forgotten how to breathe correctly!

In fact, many of use breathe in a restricted breathing pattern or have breathing problems (shallow breathing, chest breathing, breath holding, hyper ventilation etc.), not only limiting the effectives of our respiratory system but also with detrimental impact on our health and wellbeing. 

 

Scientific studies revealed that people with breathing problems have a much higher risk of developing anxiety and depression than the general population.

Learning to breath in 'the Correct Breathing Pattern', which is the most anatomically correct way of breathing, is indeed the key cornerstone of our health and wellbeing. 

The Correct Breathing benefits every system and function of our body from improving circulatory system to posture to sleeping better. 

On the other hand, if we have Incorrect or Limiting Breathing Pattern, we can inadvertently lock ourselves in a vicious cycle of Stress Mode, adrenaline fuelled state of heightened alert.
