TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH (R)

Best self-healing, deep, therapeutic breathing practice

Transformational Breath® helps correct old, unhealthy breathing patterns and encourages a fuller, easier and conscious breathing.

 

This is a self-healing practice helping you to understand and release the root cause of emotional, physical and mental baggages, something that we all carry, as well as thought and behaviour patterns.

 

Our sessions will help you to feel more connected to your inner sources, inspired and feel lighter.

What to expect

For our Online 1-2-1 sessions, all you need is a quiet environment, a mat and a pillow (to lie down and relax) and willingness to experience your breath and awareness in a way that perhaps you have not done before.

You will receive

  • Coaching consultation to establish what would you like to gain from the session and set a positive intention accordingly. It might be feeling safe, coping with stress, letting go of unwanted emotions or simply learning to improve your breathing.

  • Breathing Analysis, which is unique to Breathzone. We will share our observations, which will help us to customise the session to you.

  • full Transformational Breath (R) session, which will last for about 40 - 50 minutes depending on the session time including a period of relaxation to allow the process to integrate and complete.

    • Sound, movement, acupressure and positive affirmations will also be used to help the flow of breath into those restricted areas.

  • self-practice recommendations and supporting information to help you bring your learnings to your everyday life.

You will also have full access to Breathzone team, throughout your journey with us, supporting you in every step.

Each of us have unique breathing pattern and our experiences in each session will be different. It is best to come with an open mind.

Bookings

For our Online 1-2-1 sessions, all you need is a quiet environment, a mat and a pillow (to lie down and relax) and willingness to experience your breath and awareness in a way that perhaps you have not done before.

The first online session usually lasts around 90mins, allowing to evaluate the client’s needs.

 

Subsequent sessions last 75mins. Clients are advised to have min 3 or ideally 5 sessions in order to be able to practice the techniques by themselves on a regular basis.

  • 90 minutes £80

  • 75 minutes £65

Online 1-2-1 sessions are by appointment only. Please email Breathzone or call for more information and to book your session. We will quickly reply to your queries.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must advise of any changes 24 hours prior to the session or you will be charged the full amount.
